Constantino "Gus" Milano is President & COO of Hartz Mountain Industries. He joined the company in 1981. He is responsible for a 41,000,000 square foot Commercial Real Estate Portfolio totaling 250 properties and consisting of office buildings, multi-family residential, industrial and distribution properties, data centers, retail and hotels. He is a licensed New Jersey Mortgage Banker and a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesman. He received a Bachelor of Science/Accounting degree from Montclair State University and an MBA/Finance degree from Fairleigh Dickinson. He is the past President of NAIOP, NJ (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and MBA (Mortgage Banker's Association). Mr. Milano is a Board Member of the All Stars Project of New Jersey, an afterschool development program located in Newark, NJ.
